The latest Team Registration form can be downloaded from the Official Modesliga Website side bar, file name "Team Registration Form.doc". Bank details can be found at the bottom of the form.
Please be reminder the registration are divided into two stages :
Stage 1 - Team Registration (from 5th September - 19th September 2012)
Stage 2 - Player Registration (from 23rd September - 7th October 2012)
The Team Manager meeting have been reschedule to 21st September 2012, Friday. More details will be available soon.
Modesliga have finalise that the per match day/session fee will remain at RM80.00.
To all interested teams, please submit your team details as soon as possible. Please do not wait until the last day of the closing date. The organizer will never consider your registration is complete if one or more information are missing, even when the deposit is successfully bank in. When the maximum team limit of 24 teams are reach, all the incomplete registration will be rejected.
For team who is going to pay the deposit using cheque or wire transfer via GIRO transfer, please consider a 2 working days grace period before the money was successfully deposited. Only once the deposit successfully credited to the account it is consider complete. Any amount which is still FLOAT are not consider as successful. For any unsuccessful registration, deposit will be refund back to the account provided either Maybank or CIMB Bank. A RM2 GIRO transfer fee will be charge for providing other bank account.
